U-Prince Series (The Single Lawyer)

I’m excited to give a review for this series. I love watching the story that I even watched it twice. I have a habit of doing replays for a movie or series if I enjoyed watching it and this series was no exception.

I tried to look in the internet if someone did a review for “U Prince Series: The Single Lawyer” but I didn’t see a review that is written in English. I decided to create one for the benefit of everyone who’s interested to know the insights of the story.

The Single Lawyer Story Synopsis:

Firstclass is the first student at the Faculty of Law in the last 10 years to have all straight A’s. He is very serious and strict when it comes to punctuality, which can be seen from the fact that his hobby includes collecting watches and clocks.

Minute is a self-centered and spoiled rich girl whose world starts crushing down when her family gets filed for bankruptcy and she is forced to sellher luxuries. She starts going out with Firstclass’s gay brother in exchange for money and ends up living with both of them.

However, it seems that Minute and Firstclass cannot stand being in each other’s presence without fighting. How can they get along?

Review:
Like I mentioned on my previous blog, I’m not keen in following sequence as long that I understand the flow of the story I’m fine.

The Single Lawyer is the 9th saga of the U Prince. It’s funny I watched this series first before watching the Extroverted Humanist.

If I follow the sequence of watching the series I’ll definitely hate Minute for she’s the antagonist on the other series.

Ahem spoiler alert…

I totally love the chemistry of First Class and Minute. They hate each other’s guts but you can sense that they’re attracted to each other too.

The dynamics of the characters are refreshing too that you couldn’t help but ship them.

My only concern with this series is the attempted rape scene and rape jokes. I hope they change it to something else it’s distracting but it didn’t ruin the whole viewing experience. I kinda noticed this pattern were common on mainstream series , movies and even in lakorn too.

In conclusion, I still love this series despite of the imperfections I hope they have new series in store for us for Apple and August. I can’t wait!!!
